Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing City Pop! Orders placed online will ship within 5-7 business days of purchase, unless otherwise specified.

We will ship your order using the most economical courier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS). Couriers do not guarantee delivery on a specific day for ground packages or first-class mail. City Pop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package has not been received, please contact the carrier or reach out through our Help Desk for further instructions. 

Please double-check your address information when placing an order. If you need to change the address on a package that has already shipped, a $25.00 address change fee will apply. We recommend shipping to a secure location such as a work address or a gated property.
